How to get there

By car
From the north: A15 motorway (Parma-La Spezia) or A12 motorway (Genoa-Livorno-Florence). From the south: A1 motorway to Florence north, then A11 towards Pisa, and finally A12 exit Livorno. Other connecting routes include the Florence-Pisa Livorno expressway and the Aurelia road.

By train
The train station is located on the line that connects Turin and Genoa to Rome. The city is also directly connected to Pisa and Florence. Check schedules on Trenitalia.

By plane
The city is served by two airports: Pisa Airport and Florence Airport.

By sea
There are active connections with the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago, Sicily, Sardinia, and Corsica.
