Based on the novel by Elena Ferrante and written by Chiara Lagani, the graphic novel, masterfully illustrated by Mara Cerri, follows the first volume of the anonymous writer’s tetralogy. The comic establishes an interesting dialogue with the novel, but also with the theatrical and television narratives, sometimes drawing inspiration, sometimes distancing itself from the other writings.
