The soundtrack is powerful, the songs are catchy, the performance is excellent, and the blending of genres is very original. It goes from Greek folklore to Finnish folklore, passing through kletzmer, Bulgarian tradition, and Portuguese tradition. The choreography and gags are very effective, announced by the music and quick costume changes, done with simple gestures that allow for a transformative band without revealing it: here are the sensual dances of the dancer, the fainting spells with simulated ambulances, a Mediterranean sirtaki, an improbable Bulgarian wedding, a Finnish folk theme that becomes klezmer and suddenly moves to reggae tempo with athletic jumps from the musicians. There are also a cappella songs. A dynamic and entertaining all-around show, a total novelty in the landscape of street bands.
